How does an order work?
When you have decided for a product, you put it in the shopping cart.
As soon as you want to pay, you go to the checkout.
You can redeem your voucher code here.
You enter the delivery address and select your desired payment method.
Then you complete the purchase.

Your order will be processed and sent to you within the production time.

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?
For reasons of sustainability and greater economic efficiency, in most cases your product will only be produced after your order.
The production time varies for the products. We state the production time together with the processing time for each product and tell you in the brief description how long it usually takes for your item to be ready for shipping.

How do you plant a tree for each item you order?
We plant a tree for every item ordered.
We work together with TreeNation.
After you have ordered a product, an order is automatically forwarded to TreeNation.
You will be informed about your trees by TreeNation.
