Today the weather was beautiful.
We decided to make a walk in the forest around us. And we came home with baskets full of mushrooms:
It is parasol, one of our favourite. We already used them for a pasta with a creamsouce and right now we experiment with drying them. A few of them we put in the oven, others are still on the heater.

Hey guys, how is the drying going?
Hey Garry, actually really good. We were finished yesterday evening with drying all of the mushrooms. The one on the heater are looking the best. Also they are in whole. We just not sure how to store them now. The ones that we dryed in the oven looking good, too. We put them in glass bottles. We also were frying a few of them together with onions and garlic and freezed them after. Let us see what is the best.
