After two weeks of sun the first warm summer rain came. And under the rainbow we remembered, how important it is to drink enough. We enjoyed the sunset with a fresh spearmint limonade.
Here the recipe:
1 liter of cold springwater
half a lemon
one plum
two spoons of brown sugar
and fresh spearmint
Cut the lemon and plum in cubes, put them together with the spearmint in a jug and smash them. Pour water on it, add the sugar and mix it.
