We got our photoarchive back and here it comes: Flying elephant, the first chapter of our travel diary, the Journey of the swallows.
This is our car, on the second day of our travel. We stopped next to a lake opposite to a little village in the north of Serbia.
And these are us. 2013, full of dreams and just started from Hungary:
Joshua,
Zoé
and Skilo.
All of us wanted to continue to travel. We met in the century summer of 2012 in Budapest and this was a crazy year. Joshua went for three months to the west coast of the United States, Skilo rocked the goa parties of Berlin and Zoé became master of psychology. Finally in 2013 we started to plan concrete our first big travel together.
We bought an old Transporter, that was bringing before vegetables to the weekly market in Budapest.
We worked for three months to repair, paint it and build it to a mobile home.
At an upholsterer in Debrecen we changed the cover of the front seats.
We were installing two roofwindows, one in the front and one in the back.
What else you need in your home? A comfortable place to sleep.
And then everything went so fast, suddenly we found ourselves in the cornfields of Serbia.
After our car was stucked in the mud, got saved by a sheperd, and we ended up drinking coffee with the sheperd’s wife, we crossed the border to Romania and reached the Donau.
Our target was the Donau delta at the Black sea. But to there it was still a long way. For two days we were travelling along the Donau.
Then we entered the beautiful wild, the Carpathiens.
