We decided to share with you one of Zoé’s favourites: breaded camembert with cranberry marmalade. This time we were eating it with rizi-bizi.

Breaded camembert is not only yummy, but also very easy to make. The only thing that you have to take care of is to double bread it. Cover the whole camembert first with flour, then with egg, then with breadcrumbs, then again with egg and again with breadcrumbs.

For the rizi-bizi we took frozen peas (400g). Fry them in olive oil,  season it with salt and pepper, then put the rice and fry them together for a bit.  Add little by little water or vegetable stock until the rice is soft.
